Cash Flow Forecasting and Financial Models for Small Businesses

Cash is oxygen. A real forecast tells you how much you have — and how long it lasts.

What You Get

  • 12–36 month revenue & cash flow models
  • Best / expected / worst case scenarios
  • Break-even & pricing analysis
  • Lender / investor-ready summary

Scenario Planning: Best, Expected, Worst

We turn your sales, costs, and plans into a working financial model: revenue projections, cash flow, break-even, and the scenarios that keep you up at night.

The model is built so you can use it yourself. Change a price, add a hire, test a slow month — and see the impact instantly.

When you talk to lenders, partners, or investors, you'll walk in with numbers that hold up to questions.

Financial Forecasting FAQ

Can I use the forecast for a bank loan or investors?
Yes. Every engagement includes a lender- and investor-ready summary of the model.
What do you need from me?
Your revenue history, your regular costs, your prices, and your goals for the period. If the records are thin, we say what is missing and build the forecast on labeled assumptions instead. You will never be handed a model whose guesses are hidden inside it.
Can I update the model myself?
Yes. The model is delivered in a form you can run yourself, with every assumption visible and labeled, so you can test a price change or a hire before you make it. On advisory, we review your updates at check-ins, so the model stays honest as the business changes.
How far out does the forecast go?
12 to 36 months, depending on what lenders or investors expect at your stage.
