Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information ReBL Technologies, LLC ("ReBL", "we", "us") collects through rebltech.xyz, ReBL OS and our business phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run our services.

  • Forms: when you send a project inquiry, an advisory request, a ReBL OS waitlist request or a newsletter sign-up, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, business name, role or trade, budget, timeline and message.
  • Project fit advisor: what you type into the advisor is sent to an AI model provider to generate its reply.
  • ReBL OS accounts: your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash by our sign-in provider) and the business profile you complete, such as owner name, company name, business structure, sector and trade.
  • Calls and text messages: when you call or text our business line, we receive your phone number, the time and length of the call, whether it was answered, the content of texts sent between us, their delivery status and whether you have opted out.
  • Business directory: if you tap "Near me", your browser asks before sharing your location. It is sent to our database only to find businesses near you and is not stored. The directory's maps load from MapTiler, which receives your IP address to serve them. Walk mode also uses your camera and motion sensors to point the way to businesses: the camera picture and sensor readings stay on your device and are never recorded or sent to us.
  • Security data: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse and is stored only as a one-way hashed rate-limit key. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is submitting them.
  • Browser storage: we keep your sign-in session and a few page preferences in your browser's storage. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • reply to your inquiries, calls and text messages;
  • provide ReBL OS and the services you ask us for;
  • send the newsletter you signed up for;
  • keep our website, accounts and phone line secure and free of abuse;
  • meet our legal obligations.

Text messaging

If you call our business line and we can't answer, we may text you so you can continue the conversation by text. We text only in reply to a call or message from you, and we do not send marketing texts. Our Text Messaging Terms describe the program, how often we text and how to opt out.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your phone number and messages are shared only with the telecommunications provider that delivers our calls and texts, and only so it can deliver them.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services, under their own privacy and security obligations: our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare (bot checks), Twilio (calls and text messages), MapTiler (directory maps), and the AI model provider behind the project fit advisor.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or ReBL, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries, accounts and messages for as long as we need them to serve you or as the law requires, then delete them. We keep a record of a text opt-out for as long as needed to honor it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, reply STOP to stop our texts, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@rebltech.xyz. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, access controls and database rules that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you believe your information has been exposed.
